8-Oct-26: Thursday Bleb 3

Today was a heading into the city day which means that I am once again plagued with a headache/migraine that lasts for just about the rest of the night and I'm baffled and sick of it. The bus ride into the city is always fine but then the bus ride out always gets me with the headache and nausea, and I used to take these buses in and out no problems but now this is just A Problem. If it was just motion sickness or something you'd think I'd get got by the bus ride in, but no dice, so maybe it's motion sickness plus aches from the day and a bad posture on the bus? I tend to sit near the rear of the bus so it might be that?

Getting old is learning to deal with New Random Maladies but this one remains frustrating due to the aforementioned "it was fine before" and "only when heading home". Doesn't help that it seems like literally everything causes a headache. Trapezius muscles can cause a headache, sternocleidomastoid muscles cause a headache, eye strain causes a headache, good grief. I need to work on my posture, and just work out in general. And hopefully by writing this remind myself to basically just sit still at the front of the bus next time I'm in the city and pray that fixes it.
